Journey with Mary, Joseph, the Shepherds, the Wise Men and the Angels from Nazareth (top of Church Lane), to the stable at Bethlehem (outside the church).
This beautiful – if occasionally slightly chaotic – retelling of the Christmas Story is suitable for all ages, and is a lovely time for the village to come together just before the big day. We’ll sing some carols as we move between the various scenes.
We start at 3:30pm at the top of Church Lane, and finish in the Churchyard about 45 minutes later. If children – or adults – want to dress as shepherds, angels, donkeys, or anything else from the nativity story, that’d be fantastic.
Dress up warm if it’s cold, and enjoy the perfect start to Christmas.
